On November 2nd, the Department of Environmental Protection will be
providing a detailed overview of the regulatory changes necessary to implement the Site Remediation Reform Act specifically for future LSRPs. In this session we will be reviewing the new administrative requirements, changes to the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, new guidance documents and the forms used to process required submittals. While this training is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended you attend.
The training session will start promptly at 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm in the
public hearing room at 401 East State Street.
