STORMWATER MANAGEMENT RULE: N.J.A.C. 7:8

Rule Information

As the Department of Environmental Protection's Permit Efficiency Review Task Force recommended, the Department has consolidated most of its stormwater-related functions into the Division of Water Quality's Bureau of Nonpoint Pollution Control, effective December 6, 2008. This included the management of the Stormwater Management Rule, N.J.A.C. 7:8.
