NJDEP Field Sampling Procedures Manual

This manual represents the compilation of the Hazardous Waste Program's "Field Sample Procedures Manual" (1988) and the Division of Water Resources' "Field Procedures Manual for Water Data Acquisition" (1987) into a single reference document. The manual is intended to furnish guidance for planning, implementation and documentation of field sampling activities. The methods and procedures described are intended for use by all New Jersey State and substate regulatory agencies that require chemical, physical and certain biological analysis of samples for remedial and monitoring purposes.
