The DEP is seeking input from interested or affected stakeholders regarding the nonpoint sources of phosphorus to specific subwatersheds (see area of interest in the attached map) within the Pequest River Watershed which will be the subject of a forthcoming phosphorus TMDL for these impaired waterbodies. The DEP is also interested in any restoration projects that have recently been completed, are underway or are proposed in the are of interest that would assist in reducing phosphorus loads to the Pequest River for the following municipalities: Allamuchy Township, Independence Township, Liberty Township, White Township, Mansfield Township, Belvidere and Oxford Township. Any information or comments should be sent to Kimberly Cenno by December 29th at kimberly.cenno@dep.state.nj.us
