The following is the pre-proposal DRAFT "Total Maximum Daily Load Report for the Non-Tidal Passaic River Basin Addressing Phosphorus Impairments". The notice is scheduled for publication in the May 7th New Jersey Register at which time the draft report will be finalized and the Department's Division of Watershed Management will begin accepting comments. A public hearing has been scheduled from 6-9 PM on June 7, 2007 at the Morris County Cultural Center in Morristown.

The following is the pre-proposal DRAFT "Total Maximum Daily Load Report to Address Phosphorus Impairment in the Pompton Lake and Ramapo River in the Northeast Water Region". This TMDL is a companion to the "Total Maximum Daily Load Report for the Non-Tidal Passaic River Basin Addressing Phosphorus Impairments". The notice is scheduled for publication in the May 7th New Jersey Register at which time the draft report will be finalized and the Department's Division of Watershed Management will begin accepting comments. A public hearing has been scheduled for both TMDLs from 6-9 PM on June 7, 2007 at the Morris County Cultural Center in Morristown.
