A Revocation Order was issued by the Department of Environmental Protection; all waters of the Raritan Bay, Sandy Hook Bay, Navesink River, and Shrewsbury River return to their prior classification as described at N.J.A.C. 7:12 et seq., effective March 27, 2010.
