Proposed Amendment to the Mercer County Water Quality Management Plan

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Mercer County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plans was published on March 4, 2013 in the New Jersey Register and two local newspapers of general circulation, which were the Times of Trenton and the Trentonian.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Countywide Wastewater Management Plan for Mercer County.  This amendment proposal was submitted by Mercer County.

Proposed Correction to a Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Correction to a Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published in the New Jersey Register and Courier-Post on January 22, 2013.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area for Camden County.  This amendment proposal submitted by Camden County is in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

Proposed Amendment to Provide for the Sussex County Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) Map

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Sussex County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plans was published on January 7th, 2013 in the New Jersey Register and two local newspapers of general circulation.  This amendment proposal would provide for Future Wastewater Service Area for Sussex County.  This amendment proposal, was submitted by Sussex County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Cape May County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published on January 7th, 2013  in the New Jersey Register, and The Press of Atlantic City.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) for Cape May County.  This amendment proposal was submitted by Cape May County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Atlantic County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published on January 7th, 2013  in the New Jersey Register, and The Press of Atlantic City.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) for Atlantic County.  This amendment proposal was submitted by Atlantic County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

Proposed Amendment to Provide for the Salem County Future Wastewater Service Area Map

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Lower Delaware Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published on November 5, 2012 in the New Jersey Register and Todays Sunbeam. This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) for Salem County. This amendment proposal, was submitted by Salem County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

This amendment proposal, was submitted by Cumberland County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Upper Raritan and Upper Delaware Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published on September 4, 2012 in the New Jersey Register and the Hunterdon County Democrat.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) for Hunterdon County.  This amendment proposal, was submitted by Hunterdon County  in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published on August 6, 2012 in the New Jersey Register, and The Courier-Post.  This amendment proposal would provide for a Future Wastewater Service Area (FWSA) for the Gloucester County Non-Consolidated District.  This amendment proposal was submitted by Gloucester County in accordance with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012), which permits a Wastewater Management Planning Agency to prepare and submit to the Department at least that portion of a wastewater management plan designating sewer service area, which shall comply with the Department’s regulatory criteria.

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Upper Delaware, Upper Raritan and Northeast Water Quality Management (WQM) Plans was published in the New Jersey Register, Star Ledger and the Daily Record on June 18th, 2012. The amendment proposal was submitted by Morris County in accordance the Water Quality Management Planning Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:15 and with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012).

Proposed Amendment to Provide for the Tri-County Future Wastewater Service Area Map

In accordance with the Statewide Water Quality Management Planning rules (N.J.A.C. 7:15-3.4), a public notice for a Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan was published in the New Jersey Register and in the Gloucester County Times on June 4th, 2012. The proposed amendment would create the Woolwich Township Wastewater Management Plan Chapter of the Gloucester County Wastewater Management Plan.  The amendment proposal was submitted by Gloucester County in accordance the Water Quality Management Planning Rules at  N.J.A.C. 7:15 and with P.L.2011, c.203 (enacted on January 17, 2012).
