  • The Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Second Outfall at Wreck Pond is available for public review and comment here and on the Borough of Spring Lake website for 30 days. The comment period ends on April 28th, 2015.  All comments will be addressed and/or incorporated into the Final EA. If the proposed project is determined to not have a significant effect on the human environment, an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will not be prepared, and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) will be released with the Final EA. All comments should be mailed or emailed to:
