1. A new initial solicitor registration or change in affiliation filing still requires a $100 fee that MUST accompany the registration.

2. It is the licensee’s responsibility to review the registration for completeness, ensuring the inclusion of  the company’s Reference No. and the date, the appropriate company check as well as all attachments required for any “yes” answers PRIOR TO SUBMISSION.

3. After July 1, 2007 only mortgage solicitor registrations completed on the solicitor form (MS Word) located on our website will be processed.

4. Employing licensees MUST surrender a mortgage solicitor’s certificate to this office within 30 days of termination of employment or MUST promptly complete the terminating employer’s portion of the certificate if the individual is transferring to another licensee.
  
Failure to Follow the Above Instructions Prevents and/or Delays the Processing of Solicitor Registrations and Transfers.
