The New Jersey Small Employer Health Benefits (“SEH”) Program Board has established its 2008 meeting schedule which is set forth at right. 
All meetings will be held at the office of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance in Room 218 of the Mary Roebling Building, 20 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey beginning at 10:00 a.m.

This schedule of the regular meetings of the SEH Board has been posted and distributed as required by N.J.S.A. 10:4-18 of the “Open Public Meetings Act.” 

Additional Meetings:
The New Jersey Small Employer Health Benefits Program Board will hold a public meeting on October 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. 8th floor Conference Room, 20 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.  This meeting is in addition to the previously scheduled Board meetings for 2008.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to discuss draft regulations containing amendments to comply with S 1557 and other amendments in connection with the proposed readoption of N.J.A.C. 11:21. The Board may take formal action to propose regulations at the meeting.
