License Reinstatement


If you were actively licensed during the 2019-2021 license term but failed to renew your license by July 19, 2021, your license has expired. If your license expired in 2021, your deadline to complete a license reinstatement is June 30, 2023. You may now apply to reinstate your license.   

Please note that the license terms are as follows:

            Preceding License Term:  July 1, 2019 to July 19, 2021
            Current License Term:  July 20, 2021 to June 30, 2023

 
CE Required to Reinstate for Certain License Types


To reinstate a referral agent license, applicants do not have to complete continuing education (“CE”).  However, CE is required to change license type from referral agent to other license types.  Please click here for a summary of the requirements

To reinstate a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson license that expired or became inactive after July 20, 2021, applicants must complete the CE credits applicable in the preceding license term before submitting an application.  Please click this link for information concerning the CE requirement
