Step 3: Log on to myNewJersey and enter your Authorization Code
 

Using the logon ID and password you created in Step 1, log on to your myNewJersey Account, and follow the instructions below:

  1. Once logged in successfully, click on "Choose Start Page"; select "myNewJersey" and "Done" button
  2. Click on "Enter Authorization Code"
  3. On the page that opens, enter your Authorization Code (from the e-mail you received after registering with the Real Estate Online Licensing Services) and click the "Finished" button
  4. Once the Authorization Code is entered and has been verified, you will be logged off your myNewJersey Account
  5. Log back onto your myNewJersey Account
  6. You will now see a "DOBI Applications" block on the left side of the page; click on "Real Estate Licensing Services" to process Transfers and Terminations online
