This section also monitors New Jersey insurance companies placed under administrative supervision. Duties of this section include monitoring the activities of any appointed Administrative Supervisor, ensuring all New Jersey laws and regulations and Department procedures are followed and reviewing reports submitted by the Administrative Supervisor. There are presently nine (9) insurance companies under such administrative supervision. All proceedings involving insurance companies are confidential unless otherwise provided in the order. This section is also responsible for reviewing withdrawal requests
involving domestic insurance companies. The section prepares the necessary documents
