Facility Corrections Spreadsheet (Excel spreadsheet; due Friday, June 8, 2007)

Accurate critical facility data is needed to complete the vulnerability assessment required by FEMA, and this spreadsheet offers a way to list additions or deletions to the critical facility data already provided to you. Critical facilities can include hospitals and other medical facilities, police and fire stations, emergency operations centers, government and public buildings, and institutions with vulnerable populations such as colleges, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Basically, a facility is deemed critical by this plan if its inundation by floodwaters would incapacitate or debilitate your town in some way.

We are most interested in facilities located in or near floodplains or areas of poor drainage, but a complete list will prove useful as it will also be transmitted back to your County. Please mark any revisions on the spreadsheet and submit it by June 8th, 2007 to Laura Tessieri. Submission can be either via mail, fax or email as an attachment to Laura.Tessieri@drbc.state.nj.us. If you have any questions regarding the maps, please feel free to contact Karen Reavy at (609) 883-9500 ext 273.

Thank you for your cooperation.
