NOTICE TO BIDDERS
HVAC UPGRADES AT DRBC HEADQUARTERS FACILITY
April 18, 2008
Deadline: Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 10:30 a.m.
The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) is seeking qualified Mechanical Contractors to submit bids for the HVAC upgrades at the Commission’s existing Administration Building located at 25 State Police Drive, West Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey.
Scope of work includes replacement of chiller, boiler, air handling units, ductwork, hydronic pumps, piping, control system, and associated wiring as shown on the Contract Drawings.
Prospective Bidders are required to complete a Contractor’s Qualification Statement (A1A Document A305), which is included in the bid documents, and submit to owner with their Bid.
Bid Documents will consist of Contract Drawings and a Contractor’s Qualification Statement (A1A Document A305) and need to be purchased for $100.00 per each set by cash or check payable to the Delaware River Basin Commission. Bid Documents payment is non-refundable.
Bid Documents will be available beginning on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
An Optional Pre-Bid Site Meeting will be held on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
Sealed Bids are due no later than Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the DRBC Building and will be opened on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
