The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) on May 18, 2005 unanimously adopted a rule to establish pollutant minimization plan (PMP) requirements for point (end-of-pipe) and non-point discharges of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the Delaware Estuary.
This annual report workshop, cosponsored by the Delaware Estuary TMDL Coalition and the DRBC, was held on January 30, 2007 at the Enterprise Center at Burlington County College, Pemberton, N.J. to discuss the PMP Annual Report process with impacted dischargers and regulatory agencies. The event covered the following topics:
The presentations that follow were given by DRBC staff and by several representatives of industrial and municipal entities during the panel discussion highlighting their experiences with implementing PMPs (free Adobe reader is required to view these files).
