Pollutant Minimization Plan (PMP) Workshop

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) on May 18, 2005 unanimously adopted a rule to establish pollutant minimization plan (PMP) requirements for point (end-of-pipe) and non-point (runoff) discharges of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the Delaware Estuary.

A workshop, cosponsored by the New Jersey Water Environment Association and the DRBC, was held on July 28, 2005 at the Rutger's EcoComplex in Bordentown, N.J. to explain this innovative approach to impacted dischargers. The event, attended by over 100 persons, covered:
