Mr. Albert Promoted
(WEST TRENTON, N.J.) - Richard C. Albert, a supervising engineer with the Delaware River Basin Commission, has been promoted to the newly-created position of Basin Planner.
Mr. Albert has spent 27 years in the field of water resource management, serving as project leader on numerous scientific and policy-related studies.
He is the author of Damming the Delaware, The Rise and Fall of Tocks Island Dam (Penn State University Press), and numerous publications about water quality management and the history of the Delaware River.
A graduate of Otterbein College where he earned a bachelor's degree in biology, Mr. Albert also holds a M.S. degree in environmental science and engineering from Virginia Tech.
Married with two children, he resides in the West Trenton section of Ewing Township, N.J.
