Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers is a great web site for Pennsylvania watershed association leaders and members to visit. Here you will find resource information for watershed groups, the PA Watersheds Data System (an online database for imputing water quality data from monitoring projects), and a calendar of events. You can also participate in one of two listservs, which connects you with other watershed association members to share information and questions. | |

The New Jersey Water Resources Research Institute is a federally funded program of research, training and information transfer concerning all aspects of fresh and estuarine water in the state. This site offers information on watershed and water monitoring initiatives, water events and conferences, links to real-time data, and more. Delaware's Tributary Action Teams |
The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is looking for groups of citizens to serve on tributary action teams that will develop strategies for reducing water pollution. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a section on its web site devoted to water resource information. Here you will find links to information on healthy watersheds, what you can do, volunteer monitoring, and more. The River Network is a national organization dedicated to supporting grassroots river and watershed conservation groups. This web site contains useful information on watersheds, a resource library, funding sources, a calendar of river events, state by state clean water act information, as well as a national directory of watershed associations, including Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. | |

The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that preserves and restores our nation's native wildlife species and habitats. Created by Congress in 1984, NFWF directs public conservation dollars to the most pressing environmental needs and matches those investments with private funds. The Pennsylvania Water Resources Education Network (WREN) is a program of the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania Citizen Education Fund to help protect and manage Pennsylvania's water resources through education and policy making. Their web site is an excellent resource of information for local watershed associations and anyone interested in water resources. The Coldwater Heritage Partnership provides leadership, coordination, technical assistance, and funding support for the evaluation, conservation, and protection of Pennsylvania's coldwater streams. It is a collaborative effort between the PA Fish & Boat Commission, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds, and the Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited. |
