"Ed. Web" is maintained by the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC). It was originally created by the DRBC with the assistance of a committee including representatives from Alliance for a Sustainable Future, Heritage Conservancy, National Park Service, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and Princeton University.
