DRBC Notice of Solicitation for Interested Parties (Contact Requested by April 28)

Background:

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC), a multi-state federal water agency, has entered into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Administration of Dam Removal and Mussel Restoration Projects. All activities will be performed in accordance with the PPL Martins Creek 2015 Ash Spill NRDA Consent Order and Agreement dated November 25, 2015. 

Purpose of Solicitation:

The DRBC is seeking watershed organizations who have expertise within the Delaware River Basin and demonstrated experience in dam removal projects to submit letters of interest to the Commission. The interested party will be responsible for all associated design, permitting, administrative, and construction costs associated with the proposed dam removal projects within the Bushkill Creek Watershed (Northampton County, Pa.).
