AchieveNJ for Teachers

Teacher Practice Instrument

Teacher practice is measured by performance on a teacher practice instrument (i.e.: Danielson, Marzano, et al.), driven primarily through observations. Every school district in New Jersey is able to select from a list of approved teacher practice instruments that are research based.  Districts also have the opportunity to create their own practice instrument and submit it during our announced RFQ opportunities throughout the year.
