Audit Information

The Office of Fiscal Accountability and Compliance (OFAC) conducts annual quality assessment reviews of Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR) submitted by or on behalf of New Jersey school districts on a rotational basis. OFAC has developed this worksheet for use by CPA firms to ensure compliance with Section 520(b) and Section 520[c1] of US OMB Circular A-133 by verifying the accuracy of the auditor’s Type A Thresholds and documenting when major programs were audited within the required three year period. The worksheet must be submitted to OFAC as part of the CAFR/Submission Reporting Package for June 30, 2007 and for fiscal years thereafter. The worksheet can be accessed from the link shown:
