Karen Galley

West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District

Karen earned her BA and MS in chemistry and has taught all levels of science for 28 years in two states and five schools. She holds National Board Certification, was named a New Jersey Governor’s Teacher Recognition Program recipient in her current school, and an Outstanding High School Chemistry Teacher by local and Mid-Atlantic Regional American Chemical Society sections.  Karen always planned to teach and was President of the Future Teachers of America Club in high school.  She shares her passion for learning with her students, emphasizing hands-on activity and problem solving techniques in the classroom and serves as Science Olympiad coach.
