Notice of Extension of Comment Periods for Notices of Proposal Published in the May 15, June 5, June 19 and July 3, 2006 Issues of the New Jersey Register
Take notice that, in accordance with paragraph 12 of Executive Order No. 17 (2006), the comment deadlines for notices of proposal published in the above-referenced issues of the New Jersey Register have been extended by seven calendar days, as follows:
For proposals published in the May 15, 2006 Register, the July 14, 2006 60-day comment deadline is extended to July 21, 2006.
For proposals published in the June 5, 2006 Register, the July 5, 2006 30-day comment deadline is extended to July 12, 2006, and the August 4, 2006 60-day comment deadline is extended to August 11, 2006.
For proposals published in the June 19, 2006 Register, the July 19, 2006 30-day comment deadline is extended to July 26, 2006, and the August 18, 2006 60-day comment deadline is extended to August 25, 2006.
For proposals published in the July 3, 2006 Register, the September 1, 2006 60-day comment deadline is extended to September 8, 2006.
