Accounting & Fiscal Guidance DOE Fiscal Update - December 2002 This slide show was presented to school business administrators in December 2002 and includes a refresher on use of capital reserve and on capital projects management. The update on fiscal policy covers subjects such as refinancing ERIP obligations, changes in how Extraordinary Aid will be administered, and revisions to CEIFA Code which impact budgeting. The presentation also includes a brief discussion of projects such as the chart of accounts revision and the school funding working group.
