School Register The general requirements for submission of the school register summary data are contained on the first page of the School Register Summary Technical Manual. The 2008-09 School Register Summary (SRS) program will be transmitted exclusively through the web-enabled DOENET. The due date for submission to the department is June 30 or five days after close of school, whichever is later. When available, the SRS application can be downloaded at the following website: http://www.state.nj.us/njded/data/collections/wdoenet/ The 2008-2009 New Jersey School Register Summary will collect the student enrollment and attendance data by grade or SELF CONTAINED SPECIAL ED PROGRAM as well as six NCLB subgroups. They are Race, Gender, Low Income, Migrant Status, LEP and IEP. Bound copies of the school register can still be ordered from publication services.
