Adopted NJQSAC Regulations [proposed code]

The Commissioner of Education has adopted new rules at N.J.A.C. 6A:30, Evaluation of the Performance of School Districts to implement a new monitoring and evaluation system for public school districts and county vocational school districts. These new rules became effective on February 22, 2007 and are in compliance with the provisions of P.L. 2005, c. 235 and P.L. 2007, c. 16, §39a, which amended N.J.S.A. 18A:7A.

The following are the final rules, which include the District Performance Review (DPR) for each component of school district effectiveness. The DPRs are attached as Appendix A in the regulations.
