The New Jersey Department of Education is developing a list of highly skilled professionals; the key components are instruction, governance, fiscal operations and personnel. Particularly, successful experience in one or more of the following areas: curriculum development and management, best teaching and learning practices, summative and formative student assessment, board governance, creation and maintenance of management systems, including personnel systems, strategic planning, facilities systems and/or fiscal systems with the ability to build positive and productive relationships with school personnel. These highly skilled professionals will provide technical assistance to school districts and schools that have not yet met NJQSAC standards. Candidates who submit application for placement on this list will be entered into a register from which individual matches will be made with school districts or schools when they need assistance.
Education:
Graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Experience:
A minimum 10 years experience in an educational institution; carry credentials as an administrator or supervisor; have experience that leads to one or more of the areas of expertise listed above; have a record of establishing and achieving high standards of performance; outstanding communication and public-relations capabilities with a demonstrated ability to relate to diverse communities; motivational leader with an established record of significant organizational advancements, including staff development and data driven improvement.

What evidence do you have that demonstrates your success as an educational leader?
