The Excel spreadsheet file below is being made available for download to assist LEAs in the preparation of the FY2002 IASA application. The file was designed for those who are experienced in using spreadsheet programs. The Excel file contains nine worksheets including an Introductory Page with instructions and eight IASA application forms: Title Page for Individual Applicant, Title Page for Consortium Participant, Title Page for Consortium Applicant, Worksheet Page, Title I Program Description and Titles II, IV & VI Services for Private School Students, Budget Summary Page, Budget Detail Page, and Administrative Costs Page. The application forms were prepared to look as close to the printed pages as possible. The Budget Detail and Administrative Costs pages have built-in formulas for subtotals as well as formulas that bring information forward to the Budget Summary Page. The file should open showing the Introductory Page with instructions which also has buttons which will move you to any of the following pages. Further navigation between the worksheets included in the file is accomplished by clicking on the tabs at the bottom of the sheet.

Please be aware that the file was tested in Excel 97 and Excel 2000 and may not work on other versions of Excel. Also, note that the file contains macros so you will get a warning about macros as you open the file. The file has been scanned with current anti-virus software so it should be safe to use.

Use the link given below to download the Excel file to your hard drive. Work on the file on you computer system and print the budget pages for inclusion with your IASA application.
