Federal
Grant Programs
Education-related grant opportunities offered by the U.S. Department
of Education or other federal government departments, agencies, or
commission. In most cases, these grant opportunities involve specific
eligibility and program requirements, and specific application deadlines.
Anyone wising to apply for a grant or a cooperative agreement from
the federal government after October 1, 2003 must register and receive
a Data Universal Number System (DUNS). Information on how to register

Foundation
& Other Non-Governmental Grant Programs
Education-related grant opportunities offered by public, private, and
non-profit foundations, or other non-governmental entities. These grant
opportunities may or may not involve specific eligibility or program
requirements; however, applicants are expected to meet the general funding
guidelines of the sponsoring organization. In many cases, funding requests
under these programs are accepted on a periodic or rolling basis.
