"Anytime we can share success stories and brainstorm about what works and what doesnt work, well take it," said Assistant Commissioner Isaac Bryant, who will open the conference on Tuesday. "This is a great opportunity to learn and we hope people take advantage of it."
The keynote speaker for the event is Dr. Ed Dunkelblau, director of the Institute for Emotionally Intelligent Learning. A criminal psychologist and a past president of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, Dr. Dunkelblau will be discussing prevention research.
