This response is controlled and organized. The response progresses with transitions from paragraph to paragraph. Key ideas are developed with specific details. The figurative language (First of all, a good breakfast fuels the mind just as gasoline fuels a car: one can't work without the other.) and verbal sophistication (Not only does eating a nutritional breakfast in the morning help one physically, it also prepares one mentally.) demonstrate that the student has a strong command of language.
