Built in 1889 and partially restored, this historical building served tens of thousands of commuters daily. It transported immigrants processed at Ellis Island to their new homes. Today there is a small museum dedicated to area history, interpretive programs and tours, and ferry service to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.
