Plans should include the following:

Strategies that are tied to the states Core Curriculum
Content Standards, state student performance standards, and consistent
with the districts needs assessment. |

Activities that effectively involve parents in the education
of their children. |

Activities that address the needs of teachers in schools
receiving assistance under Title I. |

Activities that incorporate teaching strategies in the Core
Curriculum Content areas for meeting the needs of students from historically
under-represented groups. |
