The Office of Legislative Services monitors and reviews state and Federal legislation. This office is responsible for department interaction with the New Jersey Legislature and the U.S. Congress and interfaces with educational constituency groups and policy makers around the implementation of departmental initiatives. The Office of Legislative Services also works in collaboration with each office within the division to provide comments on bills pending before the Legislature.
