Presentation: An Array of Supports for Including Students with Disabilities in General education programs (November 2008)
The following slides contain a presentation developed by the Office of Special Education Programs on an array of supports including Curricular/Instructional Modifications or Specialized Instructional Strategies, Assistive Technology, Behavior Supports, Teacher Aides, In-Class Resource Programs, Supplementary Instruction, and Consultation Services which can be utilized to support students with disabilities within general education programs. This presentation is being conducted at county meetings throughout the state for Directors of Special Education during the months of November and December, 2008 and January, 2009.
