  • Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed nationally in the form of a discount on eligible services for this wave: approximately $16 million.

  • Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed to New Jersey in the form of a discount on eligible services in this wave: $209,346.04. Total amount committed to New Jersey at this time: $2,665,952.56, which is 2.5% of national total (approximately $105 million).
  • Total number of awards in NJ for wave two: 24.
  • Number of agencies notified in this second wave: 14. (NJ comprised 1.6% of the total national funded applications.)
