- Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed nationally in the form of a discount on eligible services for this wave: approximately $131 million.
NEW JERSEY INFORMATION
- Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed to New Jersey in the form of a discount on eligible services in this wave: $1,052,012.52. Total amount committed to New Jersey at this time: $4,752,303.62, which is 1.8% of national total thus far (approximately $270 million).
- Total number of awards in NJ for wave four: 76.
- Number of agencies notified in this fourth wave: 58. (NJ comprised 3.4% of the total national funded applications.)
- Many agencies filed more than one application for separate services in the following categories: (Three Abbott districts received awards in this wave.)
