NCLB and Title I School Improvement

The Office of Title I Program Planning and Accountability developed the NCLB and Title I School Improvement module to explain the school improvement process as defined under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB). The NCLB and Title I School Improvement module was developed by the Office of Title I Program Planning and Accountability in collaboration with the Office of Abbott Implementation and other program offices and divisions for Title I districts and schools identified as in need of improvement.

The purpose of the module is to explain the school improvement process as defined under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB). The module will also assist schools and districts in understanding the legislative requirements of NCLB once a school or the district is identified for improvement.
