The New Jersey Department of Educations Office of Career and Technical Education is responsible for implementation of the state's comprehensive career guidance and counseling system in partnership with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. This means that we provide programs and services to schools in New Jersey to assist individuals in preparing for life after high school, whether its college, the military, or going directly to work. This site has been created especially for students, their parents, all teachers, and New Jersey employers to explain some of the ways we can help.
