Board of Public Utilities

Agriculture

Serves the State’s diverse agriculture and agribusiness industries; manages programs that feed schoolchildren, distributes surplus federal foods to soup kitchens and pantries, conserves precious soil and water resources, protects and preserves farmland, expands export markets, promotes commercial fishing industry, and administers programs about agriculture, food and natural resource education.

Human Services

Public Advocate

Principal executive department of the state dedicated to making government more accountable and more responsive to the needs of average New Jerseyans. Includes the Rate Counsel, which is participating in the development of the EMP.

Transportation
