Parking

There is ample free parking on weeknights and weekends all around the War Memorial, including Capitol Complex lots, as well as on-street parking. These lots, and the War Memorial's immediate environs, are patrolled by New Jersey State Police.

For Access to Handicapped Parking Area

Take Route 29 to the Calhoun Street Exit. At first LIGHT, TURN RIGHT onto WEST STATE STREET. Follow West State to LIGHT at BARRACKS STREET and TURN RIGHT. Go straight through next light, across WEST LAFAYETTE street and into the parking area alongside the War Memorial building. The handicapped ramp entrance is just across the sidewalk from the handicapped parking spaces at the front corner of the War Memorial.

Public Transportation

By Train From North or South of Trenton:
Take NJ Transit or Amtrak to Trenton Train Station

By Train From Philadelphia:
Take SEPTA to Trenton Train Station
Taxis are available for transport from Trenton Train Station to The War Memorial, which is approximately two miles away.

By Bus:
NJ Transit offers several bus routes within Trenton and from the surrounding area.
