The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Planning Authority is committed to having public participation and input into the planning process. In order to allow as many representatives of the public, as time allows, comment at Authority meetings the following rules are being implemented.

1. Anyone who wishes to speak with regard to agenda items or during the public comment period must sign up prior to the meeting.
2. Comments to agenda items will be limited to specific points addressing that individual agenda item.
3. All speakers will be limited to a total of 5 minutes for all agenda items collectively, regardless of the number of agenda items commented on.
4. All speakers will be limited to a total of 3 minutes during the Public Comment Period.

Out of courtesy to other people who wish comment expect this time limit to be strictly enforced. Your cooperation limiting the length of your remarks will allow your friends and neighbors to also participate.
