Return to Top Sustainable Design Planning Assistance Program Request for Proposals - 04/18/2008 (Please share this information with your Governing Body professional planner and Planning Board)  The Sustainable Design Committee of the NJ Chapter of the American Planning Association is pleased to announce the creation of a Planning Assistance Program to help municipalities develop a design plan for a specific project site within the community. The primary goal of this program is to advance development projects that embody sustainability principles and practices, in both design and operation.    This is a competitive program and must be applied for. State Aid Certifications for each municipality are posted at www.nj.gov/dca/lgs/muniaid/aidmenu.shtml and are downloadable as individual PDF files. A worksheet of the full proposed CY 2008/SFY 2009 aid allocations are also posted at that site.
