• All internships are unpaid.
• The program places students in all state agencies.
• Students are placed according to their majors and interests.
• Any college student may apply. The program is not open to high school students.
• The law internship is open to 2nd and 3rd year law students only.
• Students need to send their resume and a writing sample with their application.
• Please include a cover letter stating how many and what days per week you will be able to work,
  as well as how many hours per week (Minimum 12 hours per week is required.)
• Students are encouraged to earn credits, but it is not required.
• If a student does not complete all areas of the application or include all materials, their application will NOT be processed.
• Please fax or mail application - do not send by email.
• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the completion of the placement process.
• Students will receive an acknowledgment email once their application is received.
• Students are placed on a first come, first serve basis.
• If a student is selected for the program, they will be contacted for an interview.
• Program is open to NJ residents ONLY.
