TEXT OF DRAFT FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING AND DEBT REDUCTION BILL POSTED TO WEB SITE

 TRENTON – Governor Jon S. Corzine today announced that the text of draft legislation for his proposed financial restructuring and debt reduction plan, the “Financial Restructuring, Debt Reduction, and Transportation Infrastructure Financing Act of 2008,” has been posted to the Governor’s Internet Web site for public review.

The bill draft is posted with other resources, which already includes Governor Corzine’s core principles on financial restructuring and debt reduction, a background briefing on the proposal, a listing of upcoming town hall meetings, and the Treasury Department’s traffic consultant revenue study.
