S-625/A-2308 (Vitale/Vainieri-Huttle, Cruz-Perez, Wagner, Munoz) - Permits smoking ban on grounds of State psychiatric hospitals other Human Services facilities if smoking cessation program offered.

A-1291/S-1086 (Stender/Madden, Van Drew) - Repeals provision allowing vehicles, under certain conditions, to enter and proceed through stop intersection without stopping twice.

A-1265/S-429 (Moriarty, Russo, Lampitt/Van Drew) - Permits municipal board of library trustees to transfer surplus funds to municipality for tax relief under certain conditions.
