GOVERNOR CORZINE SIGNS LEGISLATION

TRENTON - Governor Jon S. Corzine signed the following bills into law today:

S-560/A-2112 (McNamara, Rooney, Bodine) - Clarifies the requirement that hazardous substance containers located in flood plains be labeled clearly.

SCS for S-2053 and S-2368/A-3752 (Sweeney, Doria, Turner, Roberts, Chivukula, Gordon) - Authorizes certain local units to develop broadband telecommunications infrastructure used for providing broadband telecommunications service via wireless community network.
