GOVERNOR CORZINE SIGNS LEGISLATION

TRENTON - Governor Jon S. Corzine signed the following bills into law today:

A-439/S-329 (Mayer, Conaway, Cohen, Lampitt/Madden, Allen) - Requires health insurers to honor an assignment of benefits for ambulance service payments under certain circumstances.

A-4339/S-2777 (Chivukula, Prieto, DeCroce, Pennacchio, Wolfe/Lesniak) - Prohibits regulation of certain aspects of Voice over Internet Protocol and Internet Protocol-enabled services.
